1. Delivery Charges & Time

We deliver moisture meters all across Pakistan. Orders are shipped after advance payment is confirmed. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier services. Standard shipping charges don’t apply on all orders.

2. Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed once your payment is received. After we dispatch your order, you will receive a tracking number (via SMS or email) so you can monitor your shipment. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.

3. Repair Services & Free Parcel Handling

We also provide repair services for moisture meters. If you send us a device for repair, sending and receiving the parcel is free from our side — you won’t be charged for shipment to us or return to you after repair (covered by us). Repairs will be handled once the unit is received and assessed.
