1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

We accept refunds and returns only under the following conditions:

  • You inform us within 7 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund or exchange request.

Please note: For hygiene and technical integrity reasons, products that are used, opened, or show signs of misuse are not eligible for refund unless they are found to be faulty.

2. Advance Payments & Cancellations
  • Orders are processed once advance payment is confirmed.
  • Order cancellations before shipment can be made, but may be subject to a processing fee.
  • If your order has already been shipped, standard return procedures apply.
    (No refunds will be issued automatically once dispatched without following return request steps.)

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
